It's a whole new year!

After a busy Christmas season and a well-earned rest over the holidays Soul Purpose kicked off 2012 with a cracking show in The Step Inn last Saturday night. Cobwebs were blown off and chord shapes remembered at the last second, but an interesting & enthusiastic crowd (including Nicky from either Westlife or Boyzone...) kept the energy up. There was also rumours of a world record attempt for "most dancers on an impossibly tiny dance floor"...

Hello all!

Hope you're all well and are enjoying the post Summer weather as much as me (I may be sporting wellies for the next wedding!). The last couple of months have been great as we prepare for the Christmas party season. After rocking The Village on Wexford street for Arthur's Day we then enjoyed a wonderful night at Fallon and Byrne, performing at a beautiful intimate wedding above the restaurant.

Last weekend we played a gorgeous wedding in Kildare that will be featured on RTE's 'Franc's DIY Brides' so do keep an eye and an ear out for us very soon on your telly. Also a big thank you to Franc for helping us out that night - you're a true gentleman!

Hello all!

I would like to welcome you all to our new face lift. Everything is still being tweeked a tad but feel free to look around and let us know what you think.

We've had a great couple of months, playing at weddings all over the country which was great for a little Dublin lass like myself! Things are winding down so we will keep you posted for some up and coming club and pub gigs.

In August we had a fantabulous night in The Workmans club which was filmed by the very talented Eden Digital Studios. The place was absolutely packed out and we had an awesome time! If you were there please send us some feedback we'd love to hear what ya'll thought and hopefully we'll be able to do something like that again very soon :) In the meantime check out the video of the night.
